Does anyone use the Data Protector v5.5 or higher on a Win2k3 server (hardware is a DL360 4p) with the HP SDLT 1/8 Autoloader (connected via SCSI) and is able to (1) select SLOTS for specific daily backups and (2) able to eject SDLT tapes and load another tape in one backup scenario
(3) backup files that are in-use. I downloaded and installed OFM94.zip (open file management software to accompany DP), but its not working - the software advises a "Warning, file in use" during backup process.
I formatted all 8 tapes manually (which should be done auto by software). Is there a method in the software to accomplish this?
