HP Data Protector 9 - Licensing??

Hi,

I need to know how HP data protector 9 licensing works before I actually order the software. I need to know how many licenses I require, so that I can order them at the same time as the software.

For info:

I will be installing a single unclustered DP Cell manager (also acting as media server) in the cell, and backing up 4x Exchange 2013 databases using the Exchange Integration agent. I will be writing to a VTL on a b6200 storage device, the VTL will be approximately 100 - 120TB in size.

How can I find out what licensing I require prior to installing the software? is the licensing guide for DP 9.0 available?

Also, is it possible to obtain the 9.0 installation guide prior to purchasing the software?
