hp MSL2024

Hi,
I have as unit backup hp MSL2024 and for sotware backup: Openview Storage data protector manager.
Now happen that often my unit backup display a errore message: no drive attach or I cannot look my library by HTTP or "the drive is idle".
I try to make a inventory robot and there is no problem.
Suggest?
