change port tcp6 to tcp when I open port 5555

I have this problem,

anyone knowhow to move fromtcp6totcp

tcp6       0      0 :::5555                 :::*                    LISTEN      10671/xinetd  

I have a CentOSversion 7x86_64GNU/ Linux

My telnet failed when I try to thecellmanagerfrom the client.
