Hi all,
i want to install HPDP9.0 on RHEL7.2 Server and CLient machines also RHEL7.2 OS.
i have DNS on RHEL7.2 Server, is it require FQDN? or DNS is enough for the HPDP9.0 installation on RHEL7.2 Server.
If, it should requre. Please tell me how to configure that FQDN on RHEL7.2 Backup server based ob DNS name.
and my HPDP9.0 installation setup like this:-
--> Backup server loaded with RHEL7.2 OS & OVERLAND Tape lIbrary connected to this Backup server through 8Gbps FC HBA.
--> i am going to install HPDP 9.0 on this Backup server, which i have loaded RHEL7.2 OS
--> and Client machines are loaded with RHEL7.0 OS and these client machines are communicating with Backup server through 10G Etherenet switch.
Request you to provide Prerequisites for this above installation.
