Lost Connection to BMA/Faulting application bma.exe 9.0.112.0

Wondering if anyone is experiencing errors with lost connection to BMA on DP9.08??

Media agent is 9.08 on Win 2008R2 with a LTO drive connected via Fibre Channel. Drive encryption not enabled, though encrypted Cell communication is enabled.

Faulting application name: bma.exe, version: 9.0.112.0, time stamp: 0x57fd684e
Faulting module name: omnissleay32.dll, version: 1.0.2.4, time stamp: 0x55e9ae8f
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00000000000df312
Faulting process id: 0x1414
Faulting application start time: 0x01d263cc48bbbdc1
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\OmniBack\bin\bma.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\OmniBack\lib\x8664\omnissleay32.dll
Report Id: d6210639-cfc1-11e6-bbfb-180373f19770

This seems to happen during object copy sessions (file library to tape), causing the session to partially fail and leaves the tape in the drive.

Many thanks,
John
