(DP) Support Tip: Error: could not retrieve objects from the store STORE01 on the host 10.10.10.10.

Using the storeonceinfo command to query B2D storage arrays may fail because of authentication issues with error similar to the following:

  Error: could not retrieve objects from the store STORE01 on the host 10.10.10.10.

The debugs indicate an authentication issue:

If you are experiencing this behavior, try using command omnib2dinfo instead of storeonceinfo
