Hello there,

We recently updated our Vsphere and ESXIs servers to the 6.0 version. Right now, we're trying to start using the GRE option on Vsphere. Our backup jobs are finished OK, but when we send a new request to start a restore, an error about Caching Failure is presented, as follows:

The user that requested the restore is a backup Administrator on Data Protector, and the communication between the Backup Host and Vcenter are also OK. I also created the Mount Proxy Directory and configured it as the Granular Recovery Extension User Guide for VMware vSphere oriented.

Could someone please give me some instructions about this issue?

thanks!
