We have cell manager running on 7.0 on windows 2008 R2 Enterprises Service pack 1. We would like to upgrade to 9.0.8 as in following manner
1. First upgrade to 7.0.3 by installing pacthes on 7,0 cell manager.
2. Then upgrade to 9.0.0 by installing HPDP 9.0 ISO installation file.
3. Finally upgrade to 9.0.8 by deploying patches.
But it doesn't happen as expectedly, After upgrading to 9.0.0 we encounter below error message. There's no IDB imported into 9.0.0

[NORMAL_DETAIL] Service Data Protector IDB connection pool started.
[NORMAL_DETAIL] Service Data Protector Application Server started.
[NORMAL_DETAIL] Service Data Protector IDB connection pool restarted successfully.
[CRITICAL] Restarting service Data Protector CRS failed.
[CRITICAL_DETAIL] Stopping the service Data Protector CRS failed during service restart process.
[CRITICAL_DETAIL] Starting the service Data Protector CRS failed during service restart process.
[CRITICAL] Web reporting user password could not be randomized.
[WARNING] Check the IDB import output for warnings or errors.
[WARNING_DETAIL] import for the IDB completed with the output:
[NORMAL] Installation server successfully imported.
[NORMAL] Configuration of cell has not been updated.
Can someone help us to solve this issue. Error message screenshot also attached.
