We deployed RMC 3.1 and it is running smoothly however, there is a concern from the customer that after taking snapshot of the datastore at 3PAR end it should be removed automatically once express protect job has completed and data is moved to relevent catalyst store at StoreOnce. I can t see any provision like this in RMC , can someone please guide if it is possible. Cusotmer is not happy with the space being utilized every time they take a snapshot at 3PAR.
