Could not connect to inet in order to start BMA

Hi,  

Many of my backup session ended abnormally.

Messages. - Could not connect to inet in order to start BMA
I checked - 1) ping from client to server,  2) port 5555 from the client to the server is available.

What else can be the cause of the problem?  Thanks!
