Recommended fix to customer was developed when trying to recreate/simulate the error.
Action items.
CM 7.03
1. Make a full IDB backup.
2. Uninstall CM
If possible, reinstall OS on thsi CM server
3. Install a new DP CM (DP v7.03) and update to latest patches.
4. Restore + recover from the last good IDB backup
5. Run all necessary checks, do backups or random restore, check catalog information, etc.
6. Run IDB check and then a final IDB backup.
Next is to do UPGRADE to DP 9.x. This should now be good.
