We are using Data protector version : A.07.00
We are facing an issue with the automatic rewrite of the Tape media. Actually we need the tapes to be formatted or overwritten everytime when the backup runs OR the tapes should be overwritten once the tape is full with data, unfortunatelly niether happens.
The backup fails once the tape gets full, it niether formats automaticaaly once the whole tape is full nor it overwrites at each backup sessions.
Please kindly advise us the option which enables such a feature. Looking forward to your update at the earliest.
