Error 90:1004 - Device address not found

Hi,

I am relatively new with Data Protector.

1st this error "The Device "HP:MSL G3" could not be opened("Serial number has changed").

Then

I am getting Error 90:1004 - Device address not found on all backup sessions.

I am using HP data protector version A.07.00.

I have already tried reloading the Device Serial Number for both drives. Issue is happening for all sessions regardless of the device seleted for the job.

Backup jobs are completing with Errors.

Any help would be much appreciated.
