I have a problem on running backups through DP 6.2. In the logs I get: Cannot open exchanger control device (Device type mismatch). In the DP the tape library scsi path no longer works.
I'm not able to determinate the right scsi path. The devbra -dev output shows just the scsi path of the tape drive, but not of the changer. Tape drive scsi path has changed from scsi5:0:4:0 to Tape0:0:4:0, I thought it will be the same with the changer - scsi5:0:4:1 to Changer0:0:4:1, but it is not able to find device on this path...
When I try to run LTT it finds only the tape drive, after trying to access it, it hangs.
Cell manager is running on Windows Server 2003 SP2.
DP is A.06.20
Library is 1/8 G2 Autoloader.
