Patched 7.00 to 7.03 but is it really in place?

Apparently it has been AGES since I patched DP from 7.00 to 7.03 that I got the following message when I tried to apply the patch:

The patch bundle b703 is already installed. Installing the bundle
will reinstall all the patches that are part of the bundle.
Do you want to continue with the installation? (Y/N)

But when I fire up my Console it stills says 7.00,  when I check some of the programs I get:

(root@sapbck)# ./omnitrig -version

HP Data Protector A.07.00: OMNITRIG, internal build 105, built on Wed Oct 16 13:35:06 2013

(root@sapbck)# ./omnidbupgrade -version

HP Data Protector A.07.00: OMNIDBUPGRADE, internal build 105, built on Wed Oct 16 13:44:45 2013

(root@sapbck)# ./omnidbutil -version

HP Data Protector A.07.00: OMNIDBUTIL, internal build 105, built on Wed Oct 16 13:31:55 2013

(root@sapbck)# ./omnidbcheck -version

HP Data Protector A.07.00: OMNIDBCHECK, internal build 105, built on Wed Oct 16 13:32:02 2013

I can list out the patches and they say they are there.

(root@sapbck)# swlist -l patch | grep 43636

PHSS_43636.OMNI-CS 1.0 DATA-PROTECTOR.OMNI-CS applied

(root@sapbck)# swlist -l patch | grep 43637

PHSS_43637.OMNI-CF-P 1.0 DATA-PROTECTOR.OMNI-CF-P applied

PHSS_43637.OMNI-CORE 1.0 DATA-PROTECTOR.OMNI-CORE applied

PHSS_43637.OMNI-CORE-IS 1.0 DATA-PROTECTOR.OMNI-CORE-IS applied

PHSS_43637.OMNI-INTEG-P 1.0 DATA-PROTECTOR.OMNI-INTEG-P applied

How can I really, really verify that anything was patched?

Running on HP-UX11.31
