Import cell manager to MOM with no permissions meesage

Hi colleagues,

I've intalled a new MoM v8 and I'm trying to import a CM v8 also. I've created an AD user and added it to the Admin local group on both servers (MoM and CM) and also to the Admin user group of DP, but still have the no permissions message when I try to navigate the imported CM.

Am I missing some step??
