NDMP Restore Could not create path

Hello,

I'm using DP 7 internalt build 103.

And a Netapp 8.1P1 7-Mode

When restoring (to another destination for example folder1/folder2/folder3 on the filer) from NDMP backup I'm getting the following error:

RESTORE: Could not create path ./folder1/folder2/folder3/ECR_Rckplatte/REV3

The folders 1-3 are created, but nothing else.

There seems to be problems with the umlaut "" which schould be an "ü".

How can I restore the files? They are urgently needed.
