Hi all, I have the following settings HP Data Protector:
Data Protector Version: 6.0
Operating System Cell Manager and Media Agent: Windows Server 2003 SP2 32bit
Library Backup: HP MSL4048 G3 with two LTO5 drives
The connection between the server and the backup library is direct connect.
In the Server, in Device Manager, the devices, the 4048 MSL G3 correctly displayed:
Media charger and the two drives
In Data Protector does not detect the new library
With HP Library and Tape Tools tool, not the backup library is detected.
When I look in the software management HBA, Emulex Anywhere, the HBA appears correctly detect devices.
How I can make it work correctly?
