I had used Data Protector A7.0 installed in Win 2008 R2 and clients in same OS. Due to some augmentation works Clients in Win 2008 R2 is replaced with new 2012 R2 servers and IS is same.
The new servers were found on searching with IP. While adding media agent and disk agents to new servers from IS, it is showing " related product unexpectedly absent from the system".
Is this problem with OS compatibiliy with DP A 7.0. Please sugest how to sove the issue..
