(DP) Support Tip: Error while running the PSQL script

During Internal Database Backups the following behavior might be experienced:

[Normal] From: OB2BAR_POSTGRES_BAR@CM_HOST "DPIDB"  Time: 4/13/2017 4:14:27 AM
      Putting the Internal database into the backup mode finished

[Critical] From: OB2BAR_POSTGRES_BAR@CM_HOST "DPIDB"  Time: 4/13/2017 4:14:27 AM
      Error while running the PSQL script

[Normal] From: BSM@CM_HOST "Backup Spec Name"  Time: 4/13/2017 4:14:28 AM
      OB2BAR application on "CM_HOST" disconnected.

This can be caused by an authentication issue with the PostGres database.  To solve this issue try changing the user account for the Data Protector OMNIINET service to the "Local System" account.
