Hello Guys,
With many searches regarding the issue of medium being marked poor after each backup, no matter the type of this backup (incr, full, or whatever) no clear solution to this issue. I am wondering whether this is some HP defect or the tapes themselves?
With my data protector 9.0 it marks the tapes to poor every backup done, I format the tape and retry the same thing happens even though some miga bytes has been written to the tape. The pool condition valid for 48 months (Just 6 months old the tapes) and maximum overwites are 500.
