(DP) Support Tip: NDMP restores fail with "Path could not be created."

Restores are failing with the following error message:

                RESTORE: Warning: /vol/Vol_Restore/: Path could not be created.

[Major] From: RMA-NDMP@host.domain.com "VTL02-Drv03"  Time: 10/27/2016 8:58:12 AM
                RESTORE: Error: No files were created.

Data Protector is trying to execute a "DAR" (Granular) restore.  However there is no history/catalog information in the DP internal database.

Configure the following two environment variables to disable the DAR functionality and restore the entire volume:

HIST=N
DIRECT=N
