Hi, i am new to this Blog.
Currently i have DP9.0 with exchange GRE, i am running this tool on the Active Exchange server and it ask to assign the permission for the logged in user which i did, after sucessfully login when i am selecting the Import from backup option ( cache Management) It search for the mailbox, which took more than 2hours and nothing comes up. Same things happed when i select the Mailbox database option, ( retriving List runs for hours without any result).
My requirement is to restore a user mailbox from the OLD tape (2015). which was backup by DP, i am not sure i am going with correct procedure..
can any one assist me how to restore it.
MY ENVIRONMENT : Exchange 2010 with DAG.
