Im not much familiar with Hp data protetor. We using this tool to backup our production Oracle databases and about week ago we start receiving very weird message. First of all - Our backups are OK, but with this "error"

Time out occurred.
SQLPLUS PID=7775 TIMEOUT=300s : TERMINATED
Do somebody know how resolve this timeout? I dont know what parameter should i change to increase timeout value.
we are using Oracle version 11.0.2.3 and we are not getting any errors/warnings to alert log from this issue
Data protector has version 6.2 - pretty old i know, but according to contract with customer we are not able to uprgade.
OS is Solaris 10
