we have dp 9.05 installed and working.
We just tried to add a san based backup for a cluster windows 2008r2 server.
We can see the drive and the robotics, but whenever we try to back up we always get error

Connection to Media Agent broken => aborting.
when I look at the devices on the server, the drives are listed as unknown, rather than under "Tape drives" and I am unable to install a driver (hplto.sys) that offer servers have
the tape library is an eml e103. I can't see where to download a driver anywhere.
