(DP) Support Tip: Backup Navigator as a client of cell server with ECC turned on

If you have Backup Navigator as a client of a cell server with ECC turned on, be sure this client has ECC turned off and is listed as an exception.   Backup Navigator will not function if ECC is turned on for this client.
