Client domain name change in DP Cell Managers

Hi All,
After we have changed the AD membership of some Windows/linux boxes.
systems from %servername%.xxxx.com to %servername%.yyy.ycom of hundreds of clients.
Knew that we have to change in both places at client info and datalist.
Could you please help,to replicate this changes in DP via script instead of do it manually.
