vepa_util command --check-config --virtual-environment HyperV --host SERVER - returns *RETVAL*0

Running the vepa_util only returns *RETVAL*0 on the CM and nodes.

C:\Windows\system32>vepa_util command --check-config --virtual-environment HyperV --host node1
*RETVAL*0

C:\Windows\system32>vepa_util command --check-config --virtual-environment HyperV --host node2
*RETVAL*0

C:\Windows\system32>vepa_util command --check-config --virtual-environment HyperV --host cluster1
*RETVAL*0

Version: 9.06
