Solaris StoreOnce Catalyst support

so in the release notes of the new patch (9.06) is StoreOnce Catalyst support listed (again, in 9.05 and 9.04  it was also listed).
Describtion:

Change Request: QCCR2A62134:
  Symptom:
    This is an enhancement request to introduce support for Solaris and AIX
    StoreOnce Catalyst, including Federated Catalyst and Catalyst over Fibre
    Channel.
  Resolution:
    Data Protector introduces support for Catalyst including Federated Catalyst
    and Catalyst over Fiber Channel on Solaris (64bit, version 10 and 11 on
    SPARC CPUs ) and AIX (7.1) platforms.

But as before it just dont work. We have a Solaris 10 and 11 Sparc System but both cannot be configured as a FC gateway.  It says:

"Store Once error: StoreOnce device offline, network error occurred or secure communication failed while contaction the StoreOnce device."

But the servers can see the StoreOnce over FC, we checked that.
Anything we missing?

Cell server and the solaris 10/11 sparc server are 9.06
