BN 9.31 Email Notifications

Hello,

I want to enable email notifications for my BN server. Our email server is Exchange, but on the BN interface i cannot add AD user (domain\user or user@domain) and if i leave only the username, whitout domain, it fails to authenticate:

ERROR core.EmailReportService - Error | while trying to send test email | Error: org.springframework.mail.MailAuthenticationException: Authentication failed; nested exception is javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 334 NTLM supported

Any advices?
