We are unable to do an EADR for any of our clients. We have a full backup on our media from Dec 2014 which we would like to use, however in the backup version dropdown menu we can only go as far back as Dec 2015. The media with the data on is in our library and the data protection & catalog protection are still valid. This occurs on all of our clients. I cannot understand why this backup cannot be found by DP, could this perhaps be caused by a catalog issue?
Any advice would be appreciated.
