About twice a week our backups will fail, and when we go to troubleshoot and run a "storeoncesoftware --list_stores" command we get an error that says "The daemon is stopped." We end up having to restart the server to get the daemon back online.
We contacted HP Support, but since it's an error that only occasionally happens it's hard to replicate.
Anyone else experience this issue and have any tips on where to look to try to resolve?
