Error code 19 resolves as......

I am getting an error code 19 from a session in DP 8.14 and it says it resolves to "The media is write protected. "

This is virtual media in a Catalyst library on a B6200 so it is NOT write protected.

Are DP's internal error checking protocols that stupid?  Really?
