(DP) Support Tip - Restart Failed Objects fails with

Problem

DP 8.x and 9.x, when using Restart Failed Objects in the DP GUI, it fails "Invalid Message Format".

Workaround

Use the cli workaround… omnib -restart <sessionID>
       eg. omnib -restart 2015/11/04-3

Solution

Edit the global file, and add
        UseJCEForRestartResume=0
Close the GUI, Open the GUI
Try “Restart Failed Objects”
