When using Write Once Read Many (WORM) media with Data Protector (DP) please be aware of the following
1. Make sure the Operating System of the DP Media Agent server and the WORM media type used are listed as supported in the DP Device Support Matrix for the DP version you will use them with.
2. For some DP versions, particularly DP 9.0 at the time of writing, an omnirc setting is required on the DP Media Agent systems when using WORM media... OB2WORMDETECT=1 (default is 0).
