DP 9.04 Exchange GRE fails using "Mailbox Search Option"

Hello!
I configured two Exchange 2013 CU10 Servers working as a DAG running on virtual Windows Server 2012 ( OS location = German ) .
The backup of the databases works fine, the restore of databases works fine, too.
So far, so good.

When I use the Granular Recovery Environment ( GRE ), mounting the Recovery Database and the "Mailbox Selection" works without any problems.
But regardless of which "Mailbox Search Option" ( Subject, From , Sent To ..... )  I use , it ends up with errors.

I opened a case with HP and sent them the several error messages .
There are Powershell cmdlets working in the background.

The HP support advised me to change the OS location from German to English because the Powershell is only supported in English.

Has anybody have similar problems? What about changing the OS location ?

Any ideas?
