DP 9 - Backcup to Local Storage

Hi,

For testing purposes before I have my actual storage, I would like to backup to a folder on a local drive of my cell manager server.

Is it possible to do this in DP? what would the steps be as when I attempt this the drive never shows as a choice of backup device when I go to make a backup.
