Putting the Internal Database into the backup mode failed

Hi Team,

I am facing repeated alerts when I try to re run the IDB backup in case of failure :-

Putting the Internal Database into the backup mode failed..

Then I checked

1)Omnidbcheck noticed that the check level status failed,

2)performed services start ..

3)backup re run --success

4)omnidbcheck now the check level status is OK.

For the 2nd time the issue repeated again same failure .So I request you to provide me a permanent solution in case of this issue ..before logging a case with Vendor HP.
