It cannot boot from the tape

i want to do a backup but send me this message error,i have a dl380, and tape DAT 72G can yo tell me what is it ?, i already have the cd/rom like first bootable option.

"The device you selected does not seem to be DRTape/OBDR capable (it cannot boot from the tape)."
