Install Patch 9.03 on OpenVMS System

Hello there,

we have the problem that our restore from OpenVMS always fail with the following error:

Lost connection to Filesystem restore DA named "" on host <hostname>.

So i found this:

And it says that this is solved within patch 9.03.

But how do I install it? Mostly the OpenVMS was part of the Windows-Package, but the patch is now just an .EXE-File for Windows and in linux/unix there are no files for openvms.

And the install-server never worked for vms.
