Hello Experts,
I am running HP Data Protector 7.0 (BDL 703) version 107.
I am trying to upgrade linux client using installation server, and getting below error:-
Critical: <servername> Could not connect tothe remote client.
Connection attempts with rexec and rcp failed...
Critical: <servername> Error connecting to client...
Skipping client!
I checked whether the port 5555 is open using telnet command from server and client side, it is open. However, backup of these machines are running fine.
I am not sure what else should be checked in this scenario. Appreciate if someone can suggest.
