multiple network cards woking on data protector server

Hi

I have 4 network cards on my server where is my cell-manage, but only 1 nic card is in use (192.168.1.2) , if i active an other network card (192.168.1.3), the data protector 'll work better or is it indifferent?

If it is indifferent can i run MS Wsus to work in an other nic/network ? thank you very much
