Data Protector with Advanced GRE Web Plugin

Hello,

I have the Data Protector 9.0 version with Release 9.02 installed over Windows 2008 R2. I have also the vCenter Server 5.50 u1 installed over Windows 2008 R2.

WhenI try to install the Advanced GRE Web plugin, show up the below message:

Script failed. Cannot get information from remote host.

All servers are the same release patch installed.

Can I help me?
