HP DP 9.02 - Cannot Install or Uninstall after forget to remove the bundle patch

Hello,

I'm getting a huge issue while trying to uninstall or install hp dp 9.02. I just forgot to uninstall the bundle patch 9.02 before uninstall manually HP DP 9.00.

Now I'm facing this issue: I'm trying to do a downgrade to 6.20 version. But when I finished to uninstall HP DP 9.02 I realized that a package CS_Patch-A.09.00-3.x86_64 wasn't removed. So when I finished to install HP DP 6.20 I wasn't able to apply the 6.20 bundle package.

Now I can't neither uninstall HP DP nor install a new fresh installation. This is a physical server which cannot be formated and I don't have even a Idead how can I solve this.

Bellow, that's my issue:

[root@rjmck01hpdp1 media]# rpm -e OB2-CS-A.06.20-1
error: Failed dependencies:
OB2-CS >= A.09.00-1 is needed by (installed) CS_Patch-A.09.00-3.x86_64
[root@rjmck01hpdp1 media]# rpm -e CS_Patch-A.09.00-3.x86_64
ERROR: Please make sure that there are no running
Data Protector processes and repeat the uninstallation.
error: %preun(CS_Patch-A.09.00-3.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 3

Does anyone already get through this before?
