Backup DR MS-Cluster

Hello!

I take backups of MS-cluster-Host with DR.

At some hosts I get following error:

Error copying file
from: \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy35\Windows\cluster\ClNetCfg.dll
to: Q:\Cluster\Export\ClNetCfg.dll
([5] Access is denied. ).

What does this means?
