We have just upgraded both our cell managers to version 9.02 and one is fine but the other one lost the "Global Options" entries in the GUI. Some time I see nothing and other times I see two lines with radio buttons but no text at all. Just blank lines.
The one that works was upgraded from V8 to V9 but the one that is now broken was an upgrade from V7 to V9. I do not remember if the global options were there after the upgrade. I do have a "Global" file in "C:\ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\Server\Options".
Other than the initial versions that were different I did add new license keys to the install that is not missing the global options.
Anybody run into this issue or have any idea what could be going wrong.
