DMZ server backup

Hi Team,

Opened bidirectional port for windows 2008 server(Media agent) in DMZ servers and

edited omnirc file with following parameters:

#OB2PORTRANGESPEC=xMA-NET:18000-18100

OB2PORTRANGE=xMA-NET:18000-18009

#OB2BMASTATISTICS=2
#OB2_SSH_ENABLED=1
#OB2PORTRANGESPEC=xMA-NET:18000-18009

and saved it in unicode format as text document,

restarted DP service on media agent,

still backup is getting failed,

do i have to restart service of cell manager or have to change different parameters rather than this.
