Full chain restore is broken

Hi

I try to restore a backup (2 tapes), but I get a message "Full restore chain is broken or missing media needed for the restore".

What does that mean?

I selected in the restore session "list from media", I can see the folders and files which are on the tape, but if i click on the folder, the messages appears.

any ideas?
