failed to Add new Device in Data Protector

Dear All,

I faced problem when I try to add  device MSL 6030 FC  to CM server "APP-EVA-ADMIN" windows server 2003

Device manger in server :

 I opend the data protector GUI >> Device >> Add Device>> Aouto

or Add divice :

i checked the RS(Removale Storge) is desable (off).

i try to run devbra -devices no result.

i can add the  device from other server in same SAN Zone.

please i need your kindly advice.
